Neil Callaghan has 14 years of experience in the financial services and executive search industries. His focus is on the financial services sectors and he has extensive experience with asset management firms, Private Equity firms and Investment Banking firms. Mr. Callaghan has worked on assignments, including searches for professionals in private equity, hedge funds, alternative investments, structured finance, real estate and wealth management.

Prior to joining The Gerson Group in 2006, Mr. Callaghan was a Research Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) for 10 years with a focus on Financial Services. At RRA, he was a member of Global Asset and Wealth Management practice. Prior to joining RRA, he served as an Information Specialist at Wasserstein Perella for 2 years. Mr. Callaghan started his career at Chemical Bank as a Financial Services Assistant in Dividend Reinvestment department.

Mr. Callaghan has a Masters in Information Science from Long Island University and a BA in Economics from Stonehill College.
